Do you accept Sezzle?
We do accept Sezzle, the minimum order total is $30 CAD.
Are your bows handmade?
All of our bows are handmade by us. We do sometimes have items that are imported like our sunglasses, hats and hard headbands.
What is your TAT?
Turn around time is 1-3 weeks. We always aim to have a quick turn around but due to covid there is some delays.
What material do you use?
We use vegan faux leather, faux suede, and polyester mix fabric. All materials are cruelty free.
I missed a faux leather release will you get the print again?
On occasion we do get prints again but majority of the prints are exclusive and do not return. To keep updated on sneaks, contests and when faux leather releases are happening please join the facebook VIP group.
Do you take custom orders?
Go ahead and give us a message we will do our best to make your accessory dreams come true!
What size head do the headbands fit ?
Our bands are buttery soft and one size fits all, made of nylon and nude in colour unless specified. For the fabric collection the headbands come in both adult size and child. The child size listings have a spot to insert your child’s exact age for the perfect fit.
My band was over stretched can I fix it ?
Yes you can ! Dampen the band and allow it to air dry.
Are your bows washable?
The bows we make are not machine washable. If needed you can do a light spot wash on the area with a mix of cool water and dawn dish soap and allow to air dry.
Does your product look different on a computer screen vs. in person?
Possibly. We take all product photos in natural light to show the colour correctly to the best that we can, however, your screen brightness and pixel quality can alter the colour slightly when viewing.
Will my bows print look exactly as pictured?
Our bows are handmade so no two are exactly alike keeping them truly one of a kind. Bows that have prints the placement can differ slightly from the sample bow pictured.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to Canada and USA only. See shipping for pricing.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes we do. We are located in Timmins, Ontario and do allow pick ups. You will find "Local pick up" as a shipping option when carting out and will be emailed when your order is ready. Please message us once you’ve received your email to set up a pick up date and time.
I ordered recently and want to order again, do you combine shipping?
If we have not processed your order yet we can combine ship it with your previous order. To avoid the shipping cost please select "Local Pick/Combine shipping" option in check out. (The orders combined can not exceed the $100 value for the Canada letter mail shipping option.) If you have paid for shipping twice already and we are able to combine ship your order you can email us and we will refund you the difference, however there will be a $1 processing fee for each transaction.
Do you repair bows?
If the bow is repairable, for example a hardware issue, then we can and will fix it for free. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated.
Will your glitter bows hurt my babies scalp?
We add felt to back of all glitter bows so that they are soft against your babies head.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes we do. Once you create a login for the website you will receive points for signing up, every order you place, and on your birthday. Please make sure you are logged in for all orders and you have input your birthday when you sign up. The Bowed Doe is not responsible for any points you should have earned when not logged in.
All products are made in a smoke-free pet friendly home with only new material, please message us if your child has any allergies prior to ordering. Our items are made in pet friendly homes but are kept away from all work materials.
Please check the integrity of each piece before giving to an infant or small child. Adult supervision is recommended at all times. Do not allow your child to sleep with items that could pose a choking or strangulation hazard.
